Job Description Act as a trusted finance partner to senior business leaders, influencing commercial and strategic decisions. Own financial performance management for the division, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis. Provide deep financial and commercial insight on revenue streams, margins, expenditure, and contract profitability. Lead and improve forecasting, financial modelling, and business case development to support growth initiatives. Ensure strong internal controls, balance sheet integrity, and effective risk management processes. Support tender submissions, pricing decisions, contract negotiations, and major investment proposals. Drive continuous improvement in working capital, cost control, and financial efficiency. Contribute to M&A, due diligence, and investment analysis as required, partnering closely with executives.
